WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
PATIENT INFORMATION

After your consultation with us, depending on the nature of your care we will arrange to provide your results either by phone call, or via text message if appropriate. All other information will be provided in person.

These calls and results will be available between 12-2pm Monday-Wednesday, and on Fridays.

Outside of these times Sally and Dr Nathan are busy seeing patients, so if you do call us, please leave a message and Sally will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible during our regular office hours.

If your call is of an urgent nature, please let us know.

APPOINTMENTS & FEES

Call us during office hours, or send us an email at any time to book your appointment. Your GP can also fax through on your behalf.

Remember to let us know what you’re coming in for, as some appointments may need a longer appointment. Also, as a courtesy, please notify us ahead of time if you have your period, as this may mean we’ll need to reschedule your appointment to a better time.

We’re a private practice, so there are fees involved that you pay on the day. A referral from your GP will help you claim a portion of this back on Medicare.
